For the Thursday workday on the 27th of April, 2006 we installed "floating islands" in the main pond by our headquarters. These unique islands, called BioHaven Wild Floating Islands are built by Floating Island International. The floating islands, seen first by our silo in a "before" picture above, are placed in shallow water. They are then planted with native plants, and floated to their anchor points in deeper water.
